Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) It is a sheet-form product produced as follows: Substrates including paper and glass fiber cloth are resin-impregnated to make bonding sheets (resin-impregnated paper and resin-impregnated glass fiber cloth). After stacking several bonding sheets, copper foil is laminated on one or both surfaces, and the assembly is hot-pressed and cured to form the finished panel product.
